PROGRESS TO NEXT LEVEL
Ranks and Promotion
To be promoted to a higher degree in Bluetech, a recommendation from a Commander is required. The Bluetech Board will then review the recommendation and check that the basic requirements for the next degree are fulfilled. After the recommendation has been reviewed and approved, the new degree is awarded by the Bluetech Board on board the flagship or other equivalent place.

BASIC REQUIRMENTS
Recruit to Private First Class:
To be promoted from Recruit to Private First Class, participation in 10 missions / sessions is required and a complete member portfolio on forum page and at Bluetech organisation page at Star Citizen. Basic understanding of Bluetech checklists and manuals for the various ships is also required.
Private First Class to Warrant Officer:
To be promoted from Private First Class to Warrant Officer, participation in 15 missions / sessions as a Private First Class is required. And a good understanding of Bluetech checklists and manuals for the various vessels is also required. This degree also requires a basic understanding of how Bluetech is organized and also knowledge of the various divisions. And a basic understanding of how Bluetech carries out assignments and our basic tactics.
Warrant Officer to Lieutenant:
To be promoted from Warrant Officer to Lieutenant, participation in 15 missions / sessions as a Warrant Officer is required. And excellent understanding of Bluetech checklists and manuals for the various vessels is also required. This degree also requires a good understanding of how Bluetech is organized and knowledge of the various divisions. And good understanding of how Bluetech carries out assignments and our basic tactics.
Lieutenant to Commander
To be promoted from Lieutenant to Commander, participation in 30 missions / sessions as a Lieutenant is required. Here, the ability to lead several ships in a joint operation is also assessed, but also a knowledge of the Bluetech Conduct of Operations.
Commander to Captain
In order to be promoted to Captain, which also means CEO for Bluetech, a unified decision from all three founders of Bluetech is required. The rank of Captain is held only during the time that the person concerned serves as CEO. When the service as CEO ends, the rank is also changed back to commander. In order to remove the CEO, a majority decision is required from the founders of Bluetech. The CEO can also request to be dismissed from his position. By notifying the Bluetech Board Forum.
All decisions concerning members are administered by the Bluetech Board.
